今回の目玉は、是です！
我が家に初のボトラー物が到来！
ブナハーブンは、バーで飲む程度だったが、是は欲しかった！
基本的に、ピーティなモルトが好きなので。
オフィシャルもリリースされたが、蒸留所限定だったらしく、入手を断念。
嗚呼、良いなあ！

昨年の夏に買って、速攻で飲み干したまま、追加オーダー出来ずにいたボトル。
ジュラは、ブナハーブンと同じく、通常はノン・ピート。
なので、強めに焚いたピーティなモルトは、今回、定番に昇格！
基本的に旨いモルトなので、付加価値が付いた分、更に良い出来に！

Nose: Sweet and inviting. Prnounced nutty character, with ripe stewed fruit aromas.
Colour: Full gold with a distinctive amber influence.
Character: Sweet mandarins and subtle vanilla flavours intermingle with smooth sherry notes, cinnamon and chocolate, with a coffee twist towards the end.
躍進著しい、ベンリアック蒸留所のマネージャーズ・チョイス。
バーボン樽のモルトが台頭する中、シェリー樽好きな僕は、迷わず是を我が家に迎えました。
ベンリアックは、昨年、マディラ樽を使った『Maderensis Fumosus 13yo(46%, 70cle)』を買ったのですが、生憎なことに品切れとかで、今回は是にしました。

これで、２本目。モルトと言うより、レモンリキュール。フルーティで甘い！
デザートワインが無い時には、是を飲もう！
■インチガワー14年
Inchgower 14yo(43% vol, 70cl)
花と動物シリーズの一品で、逸品モルト。
The Oyster Catcher is a common sight aroud the INCHGOWER distillery, which stands close to the sea on the mouth of the RIVER SPEY near BUCKIE. Inchgower, established in 1824, produces one of the most distinctive single maly whiskies in SPEYSIDE. It is a malt for the discovering drinker – a complex aroma precedes a fruity, spicy taste with a hint of salt.
好きですねえ、インチガワー。
個性的で、癖のあるモルトが好きなので、
マッカラン、クラガンモア、リンクウッドより、
インチガワー、クライヌリッシュ、プルトニーの方が好きです。
プルトニーは、お気に入りが見当たらなかったので、今回はパス！
でした。
