Dailuaine-Glenlivet Distillery Ltd. was founded

Partnership reorganization after merging with Talisker Distillery Ltd – new name Dailuaine-Talisker Distilleries Co Ltd

1916

Distiller Company Ltd (DCL) acquires a stake

Reconstructed after fire

The distillery reopens

Dailuaine-Talisker Distilleries Co Ltd become part of Distiller Company Ltd (DCL)

Transferred to Scottish Malt Distillers Ltd. (SMD) a subsidiary of Distiller Company Ltd (DCL).

Rebuilt and expanded from 4-6 stills after another fire

Distiller Company Ltd (DCL) installed indirect still heating

1983 Dailuaine distillery floor maltings are closed
1991 First official Dailuaine single malt bottling is released as a 16yo Flora & Fauna
