1898 Production commences
1916 The Craigellachie distillery was bought by Mackie & Co (Distillers) Ltd – producers of White Horse Blended whisky
1924 Mackie and Company changed name to White Horse Distillers
1927 Whiste Horse Distillers were bought over by Distillery Company Limited (Distiller Company Ltd (DCL))
1930 Transfered to Scottish Malt Distillers Ltd. (SMD) which was a subsidiary of Distiller Company Ltd (DCL)
1964 Craigellachie distillery was reconstructed and stills were increased from 2 – 4
1998 Ownership changed after UDV sold John Dewar & Sons to Bacardi Martini.
2004 First official bottling of Craigellachie 14yo Single Malt is launched by the new owners
