注ぎたてはエステル、やがてリッチに、若干高級脂肪酸系のパヒュームと花っぽさの中間、植物感、土のような湿った印象、揮発によりジンジャーがけの熟したフルーツ、白桃、洋梨、マンゴー、アプリコット、オーク由来のヴァニラやシナモン。
An esters at first, then turn into richness,between a perfume aroma which comes from a higher fatty acid and a floral,a hint of a plant,feel kinda cold soils,a rich fruits covered with a ginger syrup,white-peach,mango,appricot,vanilla and cinnamon come from an oak.
Taste:
アロマよりはだいぶすっきりとした印象、淡く甘い、マンゴー、チェリー、リンゴ、アプリコット、ぶどうの酸、シナモンやクローブ、フルーツバスケットの中に雨にぬれた葉が少々。
Prettty cleanly impression than the aroma, sensitive and sweet,mango,cherry,appricot,a sourness of a red grape, cinnamon and clove,found a few leaves which was wet by the rain in the fruit-baskets.

ポートカスクにてフィニッシングされたカヴァランのコンサートマスター。リッチで濃厚なフルーツ系のアロマ、味わいはすっきりとしていて特徴的な果実の甘みが主張してくる。どことなく複雑な植物っぽさを感じるのはポートカスクのしわざなのかどうか。
