北海道では初雪だそうで
猛暑→猛寒→花粉大爆発だそうで、寒さと花粉症に悩むマスター＠長堀橋、今日はこのイベントのために四ツ橋の家具ショー･ルームへイスを見に行きます
さて、前回の続き、Ｔ博士とカーステンから返事もらったので報告します
私の怪しい質問をカーステンさんが勘違いしてさらにこの返答を私が誤訳したことが分かりました
結論は、３０年物を造るためにヴァッティングしたけど、その後残りの樽を数年間マリッジしてるのでシングルカスクです、ということだそうです
please find what the distillery has replied to me on this request some time ago:
“I have uncovered some more info on this cask. The contents are actually from a vatting of six or seven 1975 casks that were vatted together for the BenRiach 30YO bottling a few years back, and then were returned to cask to marry together, So this is still a single malt, but the whiskies originally came from various different casks, and they have been marrying together for a few years now. It is of course still possible to bottle this as a single cask.”
大方の皆さんの推測は当たっていたようですね＾＾ｖ
