ハバナクラブカクテルコンテスト２０１２（世界大会）

There were 40 competitors from 38 countries from all over the world for the
semi final.

With two cocktails that expressed fusion of Cuban cocktails and Japanese
culture, I was able to receive one of the top scores and great reviews from
judges.

But unfortunately, I could not make it to the final because I went overtime
with an extra focus and care on the hospitality aspect of the presentation.

Havana Club gave me the credit and appreciation for my spirit of hospitality.
and kindly introduced me as the "another winner of the HCGP" in front of the
audience after the final.

ハバナクラブ　グランプリ２０１２のため、キューバに行ってきました。
世界３８カ国、４０人が出場し、予選が行われました。

私はキューバンカクテルと日本の文化の融合を表現したカクテル２種で挑み
全ての項目で高い評価を得る事が出来ました。

しかしながら「おもてなしの心」を重視したプレゼンテーションに集中し過ぎて時間を超えてしまい惜しくも決勝には進めませんでした。

ハバナクラブはそんな私の事を理解してくれ皆の前で「もう一人の勝者」として紹介してくれました。
